CONSTITUTON

FOR
NKHOZU CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

1. NAME OF ORGANISATION
The name of the group shall be NKHOZU CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
2. PURPOSE
(a) To provide business platforms and opportunities through business
project implementations
(b) To train and educate children
(c) To create employment for both members and nonmembers of the said
BUSINESS

3. ORGANISATION SRUCTURE
The project staff consists of the following
 Two Directors
 Manager
 Secretary
 Teachers
 Treasure
 Brand Ambassador and publicity
 Field outreach and sales officers
4. JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Project Co-ordinator
 To provide overall leadership in carrying out business activities
 To mobilize resources from partners /funders/donors both local and
outside
 To ensure that all the participating members conduct their wok
effectively in order to document impact of the program
 To ensure that all the members operate within their stated functions
to ensure disciplinary measures

Director
 Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities in order to document
impact
 Networking with stake holders and customers of the business
activities
 Conduct regular visits to program areas in order to ensure that
finances are disbursed in line with the work plan
 To monitor all money generating projects regularly to avoid
anomalies
Secretary
 To conduct all the relevant information regarding the operation of
the organization
 To send out invitation letters/whatsap/phone calls to all members
of the organization including the meeting agenda
 To write minutes off the deliberations of the meetings and activities
involving the BUSINESS
 To keep documents for the organization
 To participate in other stake holders meetings when requested

Treasurer
 To record all the cash transaction and expenditure in the cash book
 To ensure that the money is spent according to the work plan
submitted at the resources providers
 To ensure that the accounts are open to the cooperating partners
for auditing and verification
 All audited reports to be present at the Annual General Meeting
transparence purpose
Brand Ambassador and publicity
 To promote the businesses and activities of the BUSINESS
 To ensure that the overall image and purpose of the group reaches
the community
 To broaden our customers base through advertising products and
services of the group
 To recruit and train sales agents
Field Officers Community coordinator
 To conduct sensitization activities on health such as HIV/AIDS,
COVID-19, and other diseases in Kitwe
 To part identify and recommend the youths who may need support
from the BUSINESS
 To organize community sport and other recreation
 To mobilize community members to participate in fund raising
activities to help the organization to raise necessary funds

5. THE EXCUTIVE COMMITTEE


The executive shall be a chief policy making organ. It shall also advise and
provide guidance on general running of the Group. It shall be made as
follows
(a) Project coordinator and Vice
(b) Chairperson and Vice
(c) Secretary and Vice
(d) Treasurer and Vice
(e) Ambassador and Publicity
(f) Community coordinator

i. Any person wishing to become a member of executive committee


will be required to be elected at the Annual General Meeting or be –
opted in when a vacancy occur
ii. Every person being or becoming a member of the committee shall
remain on the committee for period of three years
iii. Membership of the Executive can only be terminated by resignation
or in the event of behavior or practices that is considered by the
remaining members of the executive to be prejudicial to the spirit
and intent of the aims and objectives with members concerned with
a view to resolving the issue
iv. If a member of the executive fails to attend 3 meetings in a raw
without an apology notice his/her membership of the executive will
be terminated this rule applies to other members of the group
6. Meeting
The BUSINESS shall be meeting every Monday. Extra ordinary meetings may
be called up at any time of the week, month or year in order to keep the
BUSINESS alert for developmental purposes. Meetings shall form 3 / 4 of the
executive leaders failure to which no meeting shall take place
7. POWERS
In furtherance of the above objects the group shall have the power
(a) To sue or to be sued in its own name to be presented in courts of law
(b) To possess apart from its members and its own name, movable or
immovable property, assets and rights to purchase , hire or otherwise
acquired the same transfer, sell , code or otherwise dispose of the same
(c) To obtain funds wholly or part of the state or from a local authority or
from contribution collection from the public.
(d) To borrow in its own name in such matter as a group shall deem fit
(e) To open and operate a bank account in the name of the group and
draw ,accept ,discount, endorse, execute and issue promissory notes
bills of exchange, cheque and other negotiable
(f) To associate or affiliate with any other organization having similar
objectives
(g) To appoint or dismiss any member who violets the rules of the
BUSINESS
Any member dismissed shall be free to appeal to the executive within 14
days upon receiving a dismissal letter
8. THE GROUP CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION
This constitution may be altered, deleted or added to at a General Meeting
of the BUSINESS
9. SKILL OF WORK
The BUSINESS shall engage in the following projects
(1) Photo studio
(2) Hiring Events Equipment such as P.A system/Chairs
(3) Agriculture
(4) Landscaping
(5) Events planning and management

10.DISSOLUTION
The group may be dissolved if at least two thirds of the members at a
general meeting convened for the purpose of considering such a matter is
in favor of dissolution
11.THE ADDRESS OF THE GROUP
The address for the group will be at Plot 260 Ndeke Zimba, Ndeke Township
Kitwe

12.CERTIFIIATION
The BUSINESS certification shall be NKHOZU CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
