The admission offer is provisional at this point and is subjected to meeting the basic eligibility criteria of the
programme (refer the Terms and Conditions for details) and submitting all your final documents and scores to the
University on or before the Registration/Enrolment Day.
Instructions to the student:
1. You are requested to pay the tuition and other fee as per the table given. Failure to meet the deadline will
result in cancellation of your Provisional Admission Offer.
2. The admission will be confirmed based on first-come-first basis upon the payment of complete fee.
3. If fee is not paid on or before the deadline, admission would be subjected to discretion of admission
committee and seat availability.
4. Important Terms & Conditions are mentioned on reverse of the letter.

Terms and Conditions:
Your Provisional Admission Letter will stand automatically cancelled under any one or all the following conditions:
a) If the student does not meet the following eligibility criteria.
• A Minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in Class X.
• A Minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)/Intermediate (First and Second year) or from any
Indian education boards recognized by Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE, CISCE , State
Education Boards recognized by Board of Higher Secondary Education)
• A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in International Baccalaureate (IB)
diploma or IB certificate / University of Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-level with
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Students who are appearing for their Class/Standard XII final board examinations in the current
academic year are also eligible to apply, however, admission is confirmed based on meeting the minimum
aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

b) If you do not report to the University on the stipulated date of reporting.
c) If the student fails to submit all the required original documents for verification at the time of admission/
enrollment
d) If at any point of time, the eligibility and validity of entrance exam score of the candidate is questioned by any
appropriate authority of the University or Statutory Bodies or the Court of Law and if found that the eligibility
is not satisfied the candidate forfeit his/her admission. Further, under such circumstances the University shall
not be made liable for any loss or damages whatsoever.
e) If the student fails to submit students/parents/guardians bank details for the refund of money by university
incase student is found ineligible.
Withdrawal of Admission and Refund Policy: The Candidate is strongly advised to refer to the University
website www.srmap.edu.in with regard to the refund policy. The policy will be updated in accordance with UGC
Regulations as and when applicable.
Scholarship Rules:Scholarship Rules: All scholarships in different categories are awarded at the time of

Any dispute with regard to admission, eligibility, fees, refund, etc., shall be within the legal jurisdiction of
Vijayawada Only.
