education institutes for all students.
ii. Lack of awareness among people of all sections about importance of education and
educational institutes also hinders the growth of long-term educational goals.

i. Upgradation of curriculums for a more advanced student centric approach with regular
training of teachers to keep them updated in latest educational tools and methods.

ii. All the latest technology must be integrated in the schooling systems with a view to keep all
teachers and students engaged in a collaborative environment. This integration is a very
important part of the new education system.

i. Practical skills and hands on training is lacking in the education system which hinders the
development of a ready to work human resource. Students require additional vocational
training courses to work in the sectors of their competencies.
ii. Emerging technologies are not getting the required importance as a result a gap between
acquired knowledge and real-life applications arise.

programmes, etc.)

i. More focus should be given on training on skills during education by strengthening the ties
between academic institutions, research institutes and industries. An efficient partnership
between public institutions and private firms to ensure ready to work graduates.
ii. Digital methods of learning without going the traditional formal way must also be
encouraged with long term goals in focus.

i. Internships and projects must be made available for students to enhance their practical skills

extension activities bringing them closer to the real-life challenges.

i. Schools lack proper playgrounds and sports equipment to promote student participation in
sports activities. Trained teachers for sports and extra-curricular activities are not available
for students’ proper guidance.
ii. Lack of sufficient funding for sports and extracurricular activities are hindering the
promotion of such activities.

programmes, etc.)

i. Increased funding and encouraging students to participate in competitions to showcase their


talent and skills thereby creating an environment of positive engagement in sports and other
extra curriculars.
ii. Regular assessment of sports and extracurricular related activities must be taken side by side
along with traditional education assessment systems.

i. A diverse number of extracurricular activities must be made available for students to choose
from in educational institutes to progress side by side with classroom learnings.

students to make them excel in their respective fields of interest. Both physical and mental
health awareness programs must be regularly undertaken for youths to promote good habits
for a healthy lifestyle, importance of mental well being and stress management. Focus
should be on offering proper training on developing physical health through regular
