1. Best Friend Numbers (Sum = 10)
These are pairs of numbers that add up to 10:
1+9
2+8
3+7
4+6

2. Magic of 9
A quick trick for adding 9 to a two-digit number:
Step 1: Subtract 1 from the ones place.
Step 2: Add 1 to the tens place.
Example: 63 + 9
Ones place: 3, 3 - 1 = 2
Tens place: 6, 6 + 1 = 7
Answer: 72
3. Magic of 99
A shortcut for adding 99:
Step 1: Subtract 1 from the ones place.
Step 2: Keep the middle digit the same.
Step 3: Add 1 to the hundreds place.
Example: 198 + 99
Ones place: 8, 8 - 1 = 7
Middle digit: 9 (remains the same)
Hundreds place: 1, 1 + 1 = 2
Answer: 297
4. Sum of 10 Consecutive Numbers
To find the sum of 10 consecutive numbers:
Step 1: Identify the 5th number in the sequence.
Step 2: Add by Beside it to get the answer
Example:
Numbers: 11 + 12 + 13 + 14 + 15 + 16 + 17 + 18 + 19 + 20
5th number: 15 Sum = 155 = 155

👉 Count the number of sleeping (horizontal)
lines.
Let’s say there are n such lines.
✅ Total number of triangles = n
6. Traingle Trick 2
👉 Step 1: Name or number each vertical part:
The smallest section = 1 triangle
The next larger one = 2 triangles
The next = 3 triangles
...and so on.
👉 Step 2: Add them all:
✅ Total triangles = 1 + 2 + 3 = 6

1.Name/Count the vertical parts:
