JOB ANALYSIS

JOB TITLE Human Resource Manager

JOB Maximize the productivity of an organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees by
RESPONSIBILITIES ensuring that the company is in compliance with all employee laws and regulations that apply to it,
AND OVERALL recruiting, handle benefits and compensation, and handle training for the employees.
GOALS

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and


terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing
employees.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
DAY-TO-DAY
TASKS Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions,
promotion opportunities, etc.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and
performing reference checks.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university


EDUCATION /
TRAINING
REQUIRED One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED Up to five years of experience in HR Manager
