Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive, who manages and
generates leads, shares project details, arranges site visits, and persuades
customers about product benefits. Their role is crucial in converting prospects into
clients and driving company growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate Customer Pipeline:
Create and maintain a robust customer pipeline by identifying and engaging
potential buyers through meetings, calls, and emails. The goal is to establish a pool
of prospective customers for product presentations and discussions.
CRM & Collateral Management:
Managing and updating CRM, Sharing collaterals Via different modes of
communication, and Actively interacting with prospects through various
communication channels such as WhatsApp, emails, and calls. Build and nurture
relationships, address inquiries, and provide information to create interest and trust in
our product offerings.
An important part of the process is to have a fully mapped calendar for follow-ups
and engagement activities.
Qualify and Assign leads to the sales team:
The Presales team will be the backbone of the sales process, It is a primary responsibility
to continuously work on the qualification process and keep a steady supply of active
leads to the sales team.
Career Growth targets:
Set and pursue personal career growth targets, aiming for continuous improvement
and advancement. These targets serve as milestones to elevate your professional
journey, fostering personal development and contributing to the organization’s
success.
Individual lead generation:
To identify and reach out to potential customers to generate interest and obtain an
opportunity to present.
Attend 3 training seminars in a calendar year:
Participate in a minimum of three training seminars within each calendar year. These
seminars provide valuable knowledge and skill enhancements, ensuring professional
development and staying updated with industry trends. .
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3 to 9 years of experience in the luxury sales / real estate industry.
Role Snapshot:
Proactively source and cultivate fresh leads to expand company reach.
Ensuring CRM software stays current with timely and accurate updates.
Essential problem-solving skills for effective decision-making and innovation.
Desired candidate should possess strong skills in crafting compelling sales pitches
and executing effective sales processes.
Preferred candidate should exude confidence, exhibit high energy levels and be
goal-oriented.
Compose and send emails, share updates, and present special offers to assigned
leads. Collaborate with manger to identify competitive promotions and maintain
engagement with prospects from initial contact to visit, ensuring active follow- up with
clients.
Generate and maintain weekly reports that provide insightful data on lead efficiency
offering valuable insights to company leadership.
Working Conditions Details
Hours of Work Monday to Saturday
Work Hours 10 AM to 6 PM
Work Location This is an onsite opportunity (Bengaluru Hebbal)
Lead Lifecycle management Efficiently oversee leads from acquisition to conversion
and beyond, optimizing outcomes.

Interview Process:
Our Interview process has two stages.
Stage 1
General screening round: In this stage focuses on evaluating a candidate’s
qualifications, skills and compatibility with our teams.
Stage 2
We will assess the candidate’s technical expertise, problem- solving abilities, and job
spe- cific skills. This may include a technical presentation and role exercises to
gauge their real-world capabilities.
