Full Stack Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Full Stack Developer
with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic tech team.
You’ll play an integral role in developing and maintaining web applications
end-to-end—from building responsive UIs to implementing scalable

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using
modern technologies.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect
interfaces.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into frontend and
backend systems.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across the
stack.
Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and continuous
improvement of development practices.
Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in full stack development.
Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js and preferably Next.js.
Experience working with Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend
frameworks.
Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Version control knowledge using Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative
team environment.
Bonus Points For
Exposure to TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Redux.
Familiarity with deployment tools and environments (e.g., Vercel,
Netlify, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines).
Knowledge of cloud platforms like Firebase, AWS, or GCP.
Prior contributions to open source or a portfolio of personal/side
projects.
