SUBJECT Deductions of income tax amount from the contractors listed below or
provision of income tax exemption certificate(s) in respect of XEN(Buildings)

Reference to the departmental accounts committee meeting on audit
inspection reports for FY 2023-24(Fourth batch), held on dated August 06, 2025 at the
committee room of CW,PP&H Department Gob Quetta under the chairmanship of the secretary
CW,PP&H Department GOB Quetta, and in compliance of decision(s) issued by the auditors in
DAC, it is mandatory to follow the decisions of DAC in full sprit to ensure transparency of
accounts.
The following contractors have failed to submit their income tax exemption certificates dully
verified from FBR. Therefore the incom tax deductions may kindly be ensured from these
contrcators having works assigned in CW,PP&H Department or any other executing agency(s)
and same decutions may kindly be conveyed to director audit(works) before due date and time
