facilitating an internship program and Placement Drive between your esteemed college and our company.

Our Placement/internship program will offer selected students a chance to work alongside our experienced
professionals, enabling them to develop essential practical skills, expand their networks, and gain exposure to

NOTE:

1. Bond duration: 2 years (Security cheque 50,000/-) need to submit for bond duration. Once bond
duration completed it will be return back.
2. Education Requirement : B.Tech(CE,IT), MCA, M.Tech
3. Stipend – 10,000/- (Deduction of retention bonus will be there), for bond duration which will be return
total amount after completion of bond duration.
4. Developer role: stipend will be 10,000/- but it would 3month unpaid and 3month will be paid
5. Retention Bonus will be deducted from your Salary CTC Structure which will be return back once you
complete the bond duration.
6. If any students break the bond than company will not give any letters nor Retention bonus and cheque
will be deposited in bank.

Full stack Developer ( React Js)

Responsibilities:
 Design client-side and server-side architecture
 Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
 Write effective APIs
 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
 Implement responsive design for optimal performance across various devices.
 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
 Create security and data protection settings
 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
 Write technical documentation
 Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
 Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry

Key skill :
 Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
 Familiarity with common stacks
 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,
jQuery)
 Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks
(e.g. Angular, React Js, Node.js)
 Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

Dot Net developer

Responsibilities:
 Strong in OOPs concepts and Good understanding of SDLC.
 Expert in .NET Frameworks, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5/XHTML, CSS3, JSON.
 Expertise on C#.net, ASP.Net Microsoft Enterprise Library, Entity Framework, LINQ.
 Good command on database designing, implementation, performance tuning on MSSQL
Server
 Must be able to work effectively both in a team environment and individually. Good problem
solving and troubleshooting skills.
 Should have exposure to different domain ERP like Accounting, Banking, Insurance,
Manufacturing, Healthcare, Food & Beverages, IT & telecommunication & etc.
 Good hands on jQuery Ajax and Angular, Node JS Bootstrap is an added advantage.
 Reporting to the CTO/HOD or Team Leader on daily basis,

Key skill:
 Understanding the basics of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
 Proficiency in C# as it is the primary language used in .NET development. Understanding
object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
 Knowledge of MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern.
 Basic knowledge of SQL and database management systems like SQL Server, MySQ L, or

API / SQL developer

Responsibilities:
 Design and implement APIs based on requirements, using various architectural styles like
REST, GraphQL,
 Work closely with frontend and backend developers, product managers,
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance, functionality, and security.
 Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality.
 Develop and use web-based APIs (especially REST-based APIs)

Server

Technical Support Executive (SQL)

Responsibilities:
 Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online, Testing of new
software and providing feedback for improvement,
 Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients, Have to do software
installation and provide training to clients,
 Have to attend training sessions whenever required, Attend calls and provide solution,
 Solving assigned tasks based on estimated time,
 Knowledge of SQL & Crystal Reports will be an added advantage Reporting to Support
Manager o n daily basis,
 Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance.

Key skill:
 Ability to write and execute basic and complex SQL queries.
 Proficiency in using SQL for data retrieval (SELECT), modification (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE),
and manipulation.
 Knowledge of how to use various types of joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL) and sub queries to
extract data from multiple tables.
 Ability to identify and diagnose issues based on error messages and user reports. Knowledge
of how to configure and customize the software to meet clients needs. Ability to listen
carefully and understand the client issue.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to handle multiple support requests.
Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

 Develop all lines of marketing & business growth opportunities Market Research, Cold
Calling, Lead Generation, Field work, Open Marketing.
 Follow up New Inquiry and leads from Software suggest, Just Dial, India Mart and other
portals,
 Arrange Demonstration schedule, Follow up & Customer Feedback,
 Establish high quality ongoing relationship with the Clients,
 Ensuring timely and professional response of all complaints, queries and requests received
from clients, Prepare Marketing Documentation.
 Product review and Service Review after installation, Set specific marketing strategies to
retain customers.
 Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers,
 Responding to complaints from customers and give before and after-sales support when
requested,
 Weekly Monthly reporting of Sales Team (Per person), Directly reporting to MD on daily
basis,
 Responsibility will be variable; it will change as per requirement and performance.

Key skill:
 Clear in speech to effectively convey clients.
 Ability to write professional emails, proposals, and reports.

Responsibilities:
 Understand the project needs, give demonstration to the end-user & convert t e potential lead into
strong business relation
 Have to do ERP implementation and provide training to clients,
 Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
 Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online, Testing of new software
and providing feedback for improvement,

 In some cases, an employee should have to go outside the city for more than one day according to
companies need.
 Should have to be present in every product fair whether the company is participating or not.
Generate daily work report
 Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis.

Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
 Monitor and provide strategy for performance improvement with logged calls, performance metrics,
revenue metrics
 Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems,
 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
 Handle the processing (task) with accuracy and timeliness.
 Responding to calls/tasks/complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
 Provide software technical telephone and remote/online support.
 Good analytical and reporting skills with good communication skills
 Generate &Analyze the report of the task whether it has been solved within pre define timeframe or not.
 Manage customer callings whenever it requires
 Review the task management system by taking feedback from the customer,
 Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis,
