Sub: Securities of compulsory delisted companies made available on Dissemination
Board of NSE
This is in continuation to our circular no. NSE/CML/69465 dated August 04, 2025, notifying
about delisting (withdraw the admission to dealings in) the equity shares of the following
company in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting
of Equity Shares) Regulation 2009. SEBI has advised to move the following compulsory
delisted company on the Dissemination Board of the Exchange:
