Friendship Day Anchoring
INTRODUCTION:
Saanvi:
"Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another, ‘What!
You too? I thought I was the only one.’"
— from the words of C.S. Lewis.
We, the learners of Cambridge vertical are here to have our audience go
through a roller coaster of emotions because that’s what friends do – create
that weird yet a magical bond, make memories like there’s no tomorrow,
weather the storm, roll with punches and still hang on together until the
universe do us apart. As friendship day approaches, we are all here to
celebrate the joy of friendship and the enduring trust it brings into our lives.
PRAYER SONG:
Triraj:
To begin this beautiful morning on a thoughtful note, we invite you all to
immerse in the divine rhythms of devotion “Adiyogi” by our talented
performers of CP6, CLS 7, CLS 8, CLS 9. Let’s take this moment to reflect and be
thankful.
(Prayer song …)
Can our day get any better after this soulful rendition? Thank you budding
artists.
NEWS UPDATES:
Now, let’s step into the moment of awareness—because staying informed is
just as important as staying kind.
Please welcome our friends with today’s news headlines, bringing us the latest

MEDLEY/ MUSICAL PERFORMANCE:
What’s next? A musical breeze to levitate our spirits. A sheer delight to our
ears, feast to our souls, glorifying the might of ‘dosti’. For a few, I am sure it’s
going to be a nostalgic ride back to good old days. Sit back and enjoy the
Jugalbandi of emotions.
(musical performance…)
Refreshing, overjoyed! Yes we all are right now after this ‘over the moon
performance’!
DANCE PERFORMANCE:
“If Music is therapy, then moving to the tunes is freedom for the soul.”
Have you ever closely encountered a crazy bunch of friends let loose to aim
high, touch the sky but definitely hand in hand? Oh, haven’t you? Don’t worry
I’ll take you along to have a glimpse of silly, strong and unforgettable friendship
rejoice along.
( Dance performance …)
Anika:
The performance did come to an end, but not the cheer within. Thank you dear
performers.
(NOT SURE IF WE WILL HAVE THE SKIT- ON
RESERVE)
And now, we shift from sound to story. Up next is
a thoughtful skit, performed by our talented
peers.
Watch closely—it may make you smile, think, or even feel something deeper.
(Skit performance

Triraj:
What a beautiful morning it’s been—from prayer to performances, each
moment added something special to our day.
Aalia:
Big applause to all the performers and presenters who made this assembly so
meaningful and vibrant.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:
Its that moment of glory and recognition, acknowledging talents of SRGS.
May I request ____________ ma’am to recognize the brilliance in their fields of
victory.
Anika:

mornings truly shine with your presence and support.
Saanvi:
With that, we conclude today’s assembly.
Remember the words of Ernest Hemingway, “When people talk, listen
completely. Most people never listen”- because kind hearts listen.
Have a wonderful day ahead, everyone!
All together:
Thank you and take care!
