II. Rationale
As stipulated in the Division Memorandum No. 365, s.2024 in adhering with the
Executive No. 64, s. 1993 highlighting the “Sports For All” Program, supports the mandate that
sports should be accessible to all and as we celebrate milestones in our educational journey, we
honor the achievements of our students, the dedication of our educators, and the collaborative
efforts that have propelled us forward, you may be sure that after the inclusive dates, classes
won’t be interrupted and that excellent instruction will continue to be provided. In light of this,
creating and incorporating
The Intramural Meet now we name after a Tausug word Laro “PANAYAMAM” is one
of the most anticipated events in the SM HIGH academic calendar. It serves as a platform to
develop camaraderie, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students while showcasing their
athletic and creative talents.
The primary goal of the event is to give an open-door opportunity to our talented and
sport inclined student to make them more motivated coming to school and disciplined to sport.
Through this event the spirit of sportsmanship among students became stronger the sense of
humanity will be emphasized.
III. Objectives
This training aims to:
1. Promote physical fitness, healthy competition, and teamwork among students.
2. Provide opportunities for students to discover and develop their talents in sports and the
arts.
3. Foster unity and school spirit through friendly inter-grade level competitions.
4. Instill values of discipline, respect, and fair play through organized events.
5. Offer a fun and safe environment for students to engage in extra-curricular activities.
IV. Methodology
This 3-day event program is organized to enhance skill and talent. A comprehensive
timeline of event, as well as the matrix outlining the preparation and responsibilities of the committee
overseeing the challenge is detailed in the following section. This matrix will provide a structured
framework for the successful celebration of the celebration, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities .

VII. Monitoring and Evaluation
The entire implementation of this proposal will be supervised by the proponents and
school officials. Its effectiveness will be evaluated using the narrative reports. The results that
participants achieve after the activity in the areas of Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance
Monitoring, and Evaluation (QATAME) will also demonstrate the success of this endeavor.
