Terms & Conditions : 1) Payment Tenor :TT 100% after BL scan copy send. BL Original copy will send after payment.
2) Expire Place should be in Bangladesh
3) Available with/by-Any Bank in Bangladesh by Negotiation.
4) Tolerance : Plus / Minus 5% for both value & quantity are allowed.
5) Partial shipment allowed in complete order only
6) Full set clean on board ocean bill of lading consigned to the order of negotiating bank in Bangladesh and endors
to the order of buyers name. Marked "Freight Collect" and notify applicant.
7) Air shipment is acceptable in which case air way bill consigned to the order of LC issuing bank.
8) Inspection Certificate will be issued and signed by Authorised person of XYZ Company Limited
9) Presentation period 21 days from the BL date.
10) Third party Shipper and doc's are acceptable.
