V. CONCLUSION
Healthcare data management experiences a revolutionary
change through blockchain technology since it delivers
privacy solutions with secure interoperable data handling. A
study investigated how Hyperledger Fabric together with
Ethereum enable the creation of decentralized healthcare data
system which preserves patient privacy. The proposed system
framework enabled stronger data reliability as well as field-
restricted access protocols which met requirements from both
HIPAA and GDPR standards. Blockchain technology
provides strong improvements to healthcare data privacy
together with robust security measures. The system needs
policy modifications together with technical advancements to
succeed in practical applications. Ongoing developments
show that blockchain technology will establish itself as the
central structure for protected and efficient healthcare
network systems.
