Overview:
🌐 Byteverse 1.0 — 24-Hour Hackathon at CT Group of
Institutions !!

Join us for an electrifying hackathon organized by the CSE


Department of CT Group of Institutions. Byteverse 1.0 is
designed to spark innovation, fuel creativity, and empower
young minds to solve real-world challenges with technology.
It’s more than just coding—it’s a journey of teamwork,
ideas, and limitless possibilities!

Event Details:

• Event Name: Byteverse 1.0


• Date: 27th & 28th September, 2025
• Venue: CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus
• Target Participants: 1000+ (Developers, Designers,
Entrepreneurs)
• Campuses : 20+ participating in our Hackathon
• Total Prize Pool: Up to ₹50,000

Objectives:

• Enhance branding of CT Group through large-scale


technical engagement.

• Position CT Group among top institutions actively


hosting hackathons.

• Empower the CTIEMT community to lead with new


technological initiatives.

• Explore innovative, cost-effective solutions for


realworld challenges.

• Encourage impactful ideas around AI, sustainability,


and community upliftment.

Schedule Overview:
Day 1: September 27, 2025
[registration, inauguration & ideation pitch]

• 09:00 AM-11:00 AM : Registration, ID card and Badge


distribution in the main hall lobby.

• 11:00 AM-01:00 PM : Inauguration Ceremony in auditorium,


featuring opening remarks, hackathon rules, and
motivational keynotes.

• 01:00 PM-02:00 PM : LUNCH break at CAFETERIA.

• 02:00 PM-06:00 PM : Round 1- Teams begin coding their


prototypes in labs, with technical support available.

• 06:00 PM-07:00 PM : Mentorship and Evaluation during


round 1, with feedback sessions.

• 07:00 PM-09:00 PM : DJ session held outdoors paired with


DINNER at the CAFETERIA.

• 09:00 PM-12:00 AM : Round 2 begins : teams continue


working on enhancements and improvements.

• 12:00 AM-02:00 AM : Round 2 coding, Fun activities and


availability of REST areas. ENERGY DRINKS and SNACKS
provided.

[ Finals & Showcase]

• 02:00 AM-04:00 AM : Round 3 Final Coding round :teams


polish their projects and prepare for Presentation.

• 04:00 AM-06:00 AM : Final mentorship session- last-minute


guidance to sharpen presentations.

• 06:00 AM-07:00 AM : Preparation time for presentation


material.

• 07:00 AM-08:00 AM : BREAKFAST at CAFETERIA.

• 08:00 AM-10:00 AM : Final Presentation round : shortlisted


teams demo their projects in the auditorium.

• 10:00 AM-11:00 AM : Closing Ceremony in the auditorium ,


featuring PRIZE announcements and RECOGNITION for
participants.

FUN ACTIVITIES:
GAME 1: ANTAKSHARI

• Objective – Sing A Song that starts with the last letter of


Previous Song.
• Rules - 1)Teams of TWO
2) 30 – second time limit to think of a song
3) If you can’t think of a long, you lose your turn

GAME 2: TONGUE TWISTER Challenge

• Objective – Recite a Series of Tongue Twisters correctly and


quickly.
• Rules - 1)ONE person at a Time
2) Recite the Tongue Twister 3 Times in a row
without a mistake.
3) A Judge listens for accuracy and keeps time.

GAME 3: TRUTH & DARE

• Objective – Answer the question truthfully or complete a


dare.
• Rules - 1) Sit in a CIRCLE
2) Ask someone ‘TRUTH or DARE’ and they must
choose
3) You can pass, but you must complete a forfeit

GAME 4: BLIND FOLD Challenge

• Objective – Complete task while Blindfolded.


• Rules - 1) ONE person at a time from each team
2) Pillow Fight for ONE minute
3) The person hitting MAX shots will be declared winner

GAME 5: BALLOON BURSTING

• Objective – Burst a Balloon using only a specified body part •


Rules - 1)Teams of TWO
2) The host will announce the body part (e.g. backto-back, hip
to hip)
3) No hands allowed
4) The first team to pop their balloon wins the round
