Implementation Engineer
Job description Duties & Responsibilities:
● Install and implement customers in SmartVista processing systems
● Certificate customers in payment networks like MC, Visa, Amex, UPI, etc..
● Setup standard and non-standard connections to different banking core systems
● Diagnosing software problems, localization of the problem’s sources, identifying the bugs
● Communicate to customers about the steps necessary to maintain and update software
products
● Document of SmartVista products and implementation instructions
● Test installations and new releases / updates
● Remote and On-site Support of software products
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL (able to to write SQL scripts is a must)
● Linux / Unix scripting is a must
● Knowledge of Java programming is advantage
● Knowledge of Unix/Linux operation systems as a confident user
● Knowledge of payment industry standards such as ISO8583, SOAP and others
● Experience with various testing tools such as MAS, VTS and others
● Knowledge in payment networks, technologies implementation and procedures
(Visa/MC/Amex)

● Positive attitude
● Understanding J2EE (WebLogic)
● Oracle database administration
● Understanding of basic principles of e-payments and cards payments technologies
Requirements:
● Three or more year’s experience with software development or support
● Experience in Banking and Finance, Payments industry
● Experience in payment and card processing software
● Courses certificates in a technical related field such as ORACLE, Unix is advantage
● English - fluent
