Introduction to LCD module
An LCD I2C module is a display device that shows the text and connects
to an arduino using only 2 wires ( SDA and SCL ) with the help of the
I2C communication protocol, making wiring simpler and saving Arduino
UNO pins.
The I2C module has 4 output pins which contain VCC, GND,SDA, SCL.
VCC - (Voltage Common Collector) is the positive power supply voltage in
electronic circuits.
GND - (Ground) is a common return path for electrical current to the power
source, and a safety path to the earth.
SDA - (Serial Data Line) is used to send and receive data between Arduino
and I2C device.
SCL - (Serial Clock Line) is used to provide clock signals that match the
timing and do data transfer on the SDA line when to speak or listen.

The display is 16 character by 2 line display that has a very clear and
high contrast white text upon a blue background/backlight.
I2C is used in LCDs to significantly reduce the number of wires needed
for communication from over ten wires to just two (SDA for data and SCL
for clock).
This simplification makes wiring much easier, saves valuable pins on
microcontrollers like Arduino for other components, and reduces overall
circuit complexity.
TinkerCad - LCD with Arduino UNO
A web-based 3D CAD(Computer Aided Design) design tool
that offers a free platform for creating 3D models,
electronics simulations, and code blocks.
