• Configure the required destinations:
1. To complete the setup and receive tasks, follow the detailed steps in Work with SAP Build Process
Automation Tasks from the Same Subaccount.

Update tc.task.ui.url property, copy the URL of My Inbox with #WorkflowTask-DisplayMyInbox:

2. Configure destination to connect the directory of Identity Authentication. For detailed steps, see
Identity Directory Connectivity.
Add the additional property wfs.subjectNameIdentifier in the destination as described. For more
information, see Assign Approval or Form Recipients to Users.
3. Configure SAP Task Center tile. For more information, see Create a Task Center Tile.
4. Configure SAP Task Center-Admin tile. For more information, see Create a Task Center Administration
Tile.
Note
If normal tasks (work items) aren't loading or the app isn't working correctly, check your launchpad
configuration. Make sure that only one My Inbox app is set up and that the Expert-View tile isn't
configured.
6.5.3 Destination for Email Notifications Using SMTP APIs
Configure this destination using SMTP API for sending email notifications from a common mailbox or when the
following occurs:
• Registered users are added as participants to collaborations.
• User are added as assignees to workflows or work items in collaborations.
• Document changes for files and folders.
The destination is mandatory and must be manually configured in your subaccount.
Prerequisites
• You have the details for configuring SMTP email for your scenario.
• Your mail server has the following characteristics:
• It supports the SMTP STARTTLS command on ports 587 or 465
• It requires authentication.
