Need of a Smartform
Every company regularly needs to print large numbers
of documents with a consistent design, such as invoices or delivery notes. To do this, they must use their business application software. Documents can be output to a printer, a fax device or as e-mails. Starting with R/3 Release 4.6C, SAP provides a new tool for form processing - SAP Smart Forms. This tool includes utilities for designing forms and for defining the interface to the application programs that use forms for data output.
