How its works??????
Marketing
1.Marketing staff create the OBD against the
Vehicle By which Material will dispatch and issue
a Loading slip No.
*At that time Vehicle is out side the Plant.
Security
1.After checking the vehicle no created by Marketing,
the security person create the Gate Entry No against the
vehicle no and gives permission to in the vehicle.
*The Gate Entry No is the main till the vehicle stay into
the plant
Weigh Bridge
1.Weigh Bridge staff takes tare weight of the vehicle
against Gate Entry No.
Logistics
1.Material loaded according to loading
slip under supervision of logistic staff
Weigh Bridge
1.The loaded vehicle is ready to take Gross Weight.
*Multiple Weighment is also possible for the OBD
with same Vehicle (OBD without PGI).
Marketing
1.After checking all the details(e,g Tare wt ,Grosswt
,Netwt) the marketing people makes PGI of the
materials .After PGI and billing they issue the vehicle Gate Pass.
Security
1.After checking all the details security
person physically out the vehicle against the
unique Gate Entry No by which the vehicle
Entered into the plant.
