• File: Save (⌘+S), Print (⌘+P), Place (⌘+D)

• Edit: Undo (⌘+Z), Cut, Copy, Paste (⌘+X,C,V)

• Layout: Margin and Columns… Ruler Guides…

• Type: Character Styles, Insert Special Character

• Object: Transform, Display Performance (individual)

• View: Display Performance, Hide Rulers (⌘+R)
