2. Check no voltages short with GND such as +5, +12 , +5VSB, +3,
-12, +3VSB, VCORE 1.5V, 2.5V
3. Check Battery voltage
4. Check Xtal 32.768 KHz
5. Check 5VSB ,3VSB, PWRBTN#
6. Check PSON signal & related circuit
