Mainly, two types of precast cladding is mostly used in CIS region
1. Reinforced concrete three-layer panels
2. Modular panels
Reinforced concrete three-layer panels
Pros:
Resistance to temperature extremes, aggressive environment.
Fire safety
Good load-bearing capacity.
Moisture resistance.
The duration of the service life.
Installation speed.
Allowable heat and sound insulation.
The inner surface does not require any special treatment before
repair
Variety of application.

Cons:

The need to attract special equipment at all stages - from


transportation to installation.
Heavy weight.
Heat and sound insulation is lower than in brick buildings.
Difficulty of fragmentary replacement.
