Trimble Loadrite Installation

1. Extract USB-RS232 drivers into same folder as Loadrite Installation

Extract CDM v2.12.28 WHQL Certified.zip to folder of same name


Extract SIO-U232-59_Windows_7_through_2K.zip to folder of same name as seen above
Step 2. Install Loadrite

Navigate to the folder Volvo Trimble LoadriteToolbox 2 files present as


shown below

Double click the file Toolbox v2.86.6475.msi and follow on screen

1. Open the PDF document Turning on features of .NET Framework.pdf and


follow the instructions.
Step 4 Programming cable driver installation

1. Connect the programming cable to the laptop and open device manager

1. Right click on UT232R in other devices and select update driver

1. Select Browse my computer for driver software

1. Navigate to the folder with the driver folder in.

1. Select the parent folder i.e. Trimble and select ok

1. Select Close a new USB serial device will be displayed. Repeat as previous
to install drivers

1. Select Close a new USB serial port will appear under ports. Close Device
Manager
Step 5 Configure Loadrite

1. Open Loadrite

1. Right Click on the icon in the top left hand corner next to the words
Loadrite Toolbox and select options

1. Enter Code 4682 and select the options

1. Select Accept – Loadrite is now configured for programming it will restart the application when yes is selected

1. Close Loadrite and find the new update file has extension .LRP and double click this will configure Loadrite

1. When loadrite loads it will tell you the package installed successfully press yes to restart

1. When loadrite re-starts it will ask again this is a fault of the Software select No and then select the H2250 from
the loadrite menu and select the software version to install following the on screen instructions
