This is a cross sector between 2 and 4.

Variation in hopping Channel due to hardware


problem (DTRU).

The variation on hopping channel must not increase


than 10 dB.

• Weak Coverage in 3G.


• Bad Ec/No due to miss configuration.
• Bad Ec/No due to weak coverage.
• Dropped call due to No coverage .
• Dropped call due to ul interference.
• Dropped call due to Bad Ec/Io.
• Dropped call due to Pilot pollution.
• Dropped call due to Wrong Neighbor.
• Blocked call due to missing neighbor definition.
• Blocked call due to Wrong Neighbor.

Recommendations :

o Mechanical or Electrical up tilt.


o Increase RRU power.
o Re-height antenna sector.
o Re-azimuth.
o Add New Site or Sector.

traffic to NBrs.
o Increase RRU power.
o Re-height antenna sector.
o Re-azimuth.

o Change CPICH Power to decrease the congestion.

Recommendations :

o Add the down-tilt of 31301.


o Or add 31301 to 31472 neighbor list.

The same SC ((Site947-2-305, Site20-2-305) caused the


dropped calls

o Re-plan the neighbors

In the above figure, no neighbor definition


between site 66 site police4 and site 31A, so
the MS can’t do soft handover to site31A even
this site’s signal is strong.

Recommendations :

o Neighbor Audit

Wrong Neighbor List resulted that better radio


link can not be added to active set, and it
caused bad CPICH RSCP and bad CPICH EcNo.

Recommendations :

o Improve RSCP or EcNo
