removing barriers for large scale adoption of advanced technologies.
Micromax is currently the 2nd largest smartphone company in India.
Objectives
• To find out the position of Micromax in Indian
telecom industry.
• Study the strategies- Marketing, Product, Pricing,
Promotion, Place, and Distribution.
• Study the situation analysis.

Findings & conclusion
• Based on the study conducted it can be concluded that
responsiveness, assurance and reliability are the critical
dimensions of service quality of Micromax and they are directly
related to overall service quality.
• The Micromax gives prompt services.
• Micromax enjoying maximum market share as a second largest
mobile phone selling company Micromax is No.1 in terms of
market share in terms of mobiles, it captured Samsung market
share by superior innovation in Smart Phones’
• Micromax is financially strong and stable company. The
production process and process of inventory management are
consistent with industrial standards.
• The brand value increased by 80% in last three years
• The Company enjoys wide range of product portfolio which
includes Mobiles, Tablets, Television, Data Card and other
accessories.
Suggestions & Recommendations

• The manufacturer of the Micromax phone


should to make durable micromax phone as
Nokia and Samsung.
• The company should to advertise of the brand
Micromax phone to know the users easily.
• They should have to provide more Service
Centre as per the region and provide better
services to the users.
• The Qualities & Designs of the Micromax
phone have to improved.
