Have a  Vision Good leaders have a vision.  They hold in their minds pictures of what is possible.

Convince Others to   Share It Great   leaders convince others to share their vision by articulating it in memorable and inspirational ways.
People with  vision are so  intent on reaching their goals that others are simply compelled to follow.
