Responsibilities
Stakeholders for Content
     Creating new content for publication on the Web/Internet. Revising
    existing content
     Communication and marketing needs, budget and resources
     Checking accuracy and integrity of web content, publishing policy and process
     Determining site presentation and the positioning of the content
     Initiating and approving new developments, copyright clearances and other legal
      compliance
     Acting as the first point of contact for content changes and feedback from web
      users.

Design & Content Writers
     Plans creation and maintenance of site (including subsites)
     Design the site along with the Stakeholders with ease of usability and
      accessibility
     Writing content for custom web applications
     Ensures consistence in the vision / message to be communicated through the
      site to the web users
     Ensure Content Quality and compliance
     Writing or refining data for the edited content and proof reading
Responsibilities
Webmaster
    Webmaster will be the contact person for the information architecture, domain
     host, domain / subdomain registration service, etc.
    Will liaise with all Stakeholders in receiving and posting information
    Checking accuracy and integrity of web content
    Providing reports, statistics, and system analysis to stakeholders
    Supporting and maintaining web applications.
    Delivering web applications to customers (e.g., documentation, installation and
     testing, integration with other systems)
Uploading & Maintenance
      Template development / customization and implementation
      Uploading materials to the domain hosting service
      Coordinating and assigning priority for all web applications
       Delegating web tasks where appropriate
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define Stakeholders for the overall website and also part / portions of
  the website(s)
• Design & Content Writers – primarily Corporate Communication
  responsibility
• Web Master – Played by IT, no formal defined role and position at
  present
• Uploading & Maintenance – through a 3rd party with primary
  responsibility with IT (part of IT Services offered)
