Brooklyn Beckham branded 'reckless' as he's slammed for 'dangerous' motorbike stunt
Brooklyn Beckham has been slammed by fans after he shared a series of videos of himself riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle through the streets of Los Angeles
Brooklyn Beckham has sparked concern after posting a string of videos on Instagram showing him riding through Los Angeles streets on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The love for bikes seems to be hereditary, with father David Beckham also renowned for his motorcycling passion. But unlike his notoriously safety-aware dad, Brooklyn caused alarm by riding with his helmet visor raised, while trying to blow a kiss to spouse Nicola Peltz with one hand removed from the handlebars.
In a separate video, he seemed to record himself while speeding rapidly through a residential area, which numerous followers labeled as irresponsible. The display immediately sparked fierce criticism online, with some supporters describing his actions as "reckless" and "dangerous."
One fan cautioned, "He doesn't look like he's paying much attention to the road, should be looking ahead and not watching her and blowing a kiss. He's behaving very childish in the way he's not behaving responsible, I'm sure his parents would worry he's not taking life serious seeing this video."
Someone else commented, "He wants to keep his eye on the road instead of on the camera." A third person bluntly stated, "How's about you concentrate on the bloody road rather than blow kisses at your wife. I mean, grow up. Seriously disappointed in you."
Additional critics slammed his clothing choices, with one person noting, "If he had an ounce of common sense he would wear protective clothing, need I say more." However, not all reactions were negative towards his two-wheeled escapade. Some fans jumped to his defense, noting that he seemed to be riding at a relatively slow pace, reports the Mirror.
One supporter argued, "All of you commenting to keep his eyes on the road. He is puttering down a street that doesn't seem busy. Looking over his shoulder with a car next to him looks pretty safe."
Another echoed this sentiment, stating, "Why is everyone so critical in this world... Just let people live. Concentrate on your lives and make them better instead of wasting your time on others."
This recent controversy unfolds amidst ongoing rumors about tension between Brooklyn and his famous family. His parents, David and Victoria Beckham, recently marked the former soccer star's 50th birthday with a lavish vacation along Italy's Amalfi coast.
Joined by their three youngest children, the couple appeared more united than ever, despite whispers of estrangement from their eldest son. A source close to the couple told The Mirror, "Victoria and David are very good at pulling together when things around them are rubbish. She has learned how to navigate a lot of difficult situations since they've been married, and she knows exactly what support David needs."
Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Nicola, 30, are steadily building their life together in Los Angeles. The duo, who initially tied the knot in 2022 at the Peltz family's Florida estate, reaffirmed their vows earlier this year at another Peltz property in New York. The absence of any Beckham family members on the guest list only added fuel to the rumors of a family feud.
