Nicola Peltz's dad causes stir at wedding with 'foul outburst' over bathroom use

David and Victoria Beckham's relationship is said to have been strained with their son Brooklyn's wife, Nicola Peltz, and her family since their Florida wedding in 2022

Nicola Peltz's billionaire father, Nelson, allegedly had a "completely foul outburst" at a guest during her daughter's 2022 wedding to Brooklyn Beckham.

This incident reportedly shocked David and Victoria Beckham. Insiders suggest that he became irate with a guest for using a restroom in his $100 million Florida mansion instead of one of the portable toilets set up in the marquees on his property.

A family feud has been brewing between the Beckhams and Brooklyn and his wife in recent months, but earlier reports suggest that tensions have existed since their wedding three years ago. Following the extravagant ceremony, Nicola shockingly claimed that her mother-in-law, Victoria, ignored her for days after offering to design her wedding dress - only to leave the bride-to-be in the lurch at the last minute, stating her studio couldn't actually produce the gown.

The actress ultimately wore a breathtaking Valentino couture dress when she married Brooklyn. However, she maintains that the original plan was for her to wear a couture gown designed by Brooklyn's mother, Victoria.

Additional allegations have now surfaced about the drama that unfolded at Brooklyn and Nicola's opulent Florida wedding, with Brooklyn reportedly "making it clear that the Peltzes are his priority," reports the Mirror. Insiders have expressed to Mail Online that Nelson was considered extremely distasteful by the Beckham clan at the wedding, with one source saying, "The whole Beckham family found Nelson utterly foul at the wedding. They didn't particularly like him before but they really didn't afterwards."

The same source indicated that the Beckhams, despite enjoying their son's momentous occasion, felt "an atmosphere" during the event. It is mentioned as well that Brooklyn, once an aspiring photographer, is conscious of the tense relationship between his folks and Nelson.

This story unfolds in the wake of Brooklyn's heartfelt birthday homage to his socialite wife Nicola's father, through a brief yet affectionate social media post. Brooklyn, known for his interest in hot sauce, has been caught up in a familial rift with the Beckhams, notably missing key family celebrations.

Eagle-eyed fans have taken note of Brooklyn's absence from his mother Victoria's 51st birthday and his nonattendance at his father David's landmark 50th birthday festivities in London and Paris. Moreover, he did not publicly celebrate his father's knighthood, which was announced in the King's Birthday Honours List this month.

Nonetheless, the 26-year-old has been vocal in his adoration for his wife, recently declaring his undying choice to "always choose her." On her father's special day, he posted a snapshot on his Instagram Stories showing Nelson, himself, and his wife all smiles for the camera as they commemorated the occasion. "Happy birthday, Nelson, we love you," he penned simply.

The Mirror has contacted representatives for Brooklyn Beckham, Nicola Beckham, Nelson Peltz, Victoria Beckham and David Beckham for comment.
