'Anxious' Kim Kardashian 'in need of support' as she's mobbed by fans outside swanky bar

Kim Kardashian was filmed being surrounded by a swarm of fans in Paris, where she celebrated her birthday with her mom Kris Jenner.
The Kardashians star celebrated her 45th birthday in style as she headed to the popular cabaret bar Crazy Horse. A video was shared on Reddit of Kim leaving the venue while walking hand-in-hand with her All's Fair co-star Teyana Taylor, who earlier joined Kim at a premiere for the Disney+ series.
In the clip, fans were heard shouting for autographs as Kim and Teyana kept their heads down while trying to move through the crowd. Body language expert Judi James has suggested Kim seemed anxious during the outing and needed Teyana to act as her "bodyguard."
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, Judi said, "There's a suggestion that Kim might have been feeling understandably anxious as she was mobbed by fans here."
She explained, "There's a hint of some 'Bodyguard' style behavior as her companion doesn't just allow her to hold her arm, which can be usual when a celebrity is wearing an extreme designer outfit and often killer heels and in need of some steadying in case of trips, but she has Kim's arm hoisted and held within hers, which is a gesture that suggests Kim might have been feeling in the need of some extra protection and support, just in case."
The expert also pointed out how Kim seemed to walk slowly through the crowd. Judi said this "could have been caused by her outfit or shoes," but might have still been "alarming if she couldn't rush into her car if necessary."
Judi continued, "It's clear she sustains a look of elegance here though, despite what might have seemed like a worrying situation. She seems to be trying to smile and although her head is down, she does keep glancing up, perhaps aware that these are her fans even if their enthusiasm might cause a temporary problem."
In the Reddit video, Kim was seen wearing an eye-catching gold corset dress and a white mini skirt, which featured a flowing trail. The mom-of-four paired the strapless outfit with some strappy gold stilettos and styled her hair in an elegant updo.
Before partying at Crazy Horse, Kim attended the premiere of All's Fair in Paris. For the A-list event, she wore a plunging pale blue satin gown from Christian Dior.
Kim is starring in the Ryan Murphy series as a divorce attorney and will be appearing alongside a host of stars including Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson and Niecy Nash.
