Pop star Taylor Swift's highly anticipated 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, was released on Oct. 3, but it's not the only album dropping today.

While Swifties continue to scour the album for Easter Eggs and search for hidden meanings behind her songs, others can find joy in listening to the several new albums that have had the unfortunate luck of dropping on the same day as a Swift release.

Molly Nilsson joins Swift with the release of her 12th album, Amateur. Former YouTube star Dodie follows with her album, Not For Lack Of Trying. Meanwhile, Blue Lake has dropped The Animal, and Leon Vynehall has released In Daytona Yellow. The list consists of a balanced volume across all genres from rap to electronic.
