Meghan Markle's 'toxic' decision to hide Archie and Lilibet's faces could backfire
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made it very clear that they will not be sharing photos of their children's faces, but one expert says this decision could backfire
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been keeping their children's faces hidden, citing privacy reasons, but one expert suggests it's all about a potential payout.
We had a chat with Eric Schiffer, a reputation management expert, who warned of the risks of turning their image into such a sought-after commodity, suggesting it could lead to "toxic curiosity."
By keeping their children out of the public eye, they might be causing more harm than good, it has been suggested. It comes after Meghan Markle's 'awkward' joke to Kate Middleton had an embarrassing response.
Speaking to Mirror US, Mr. Schiffer said, "She's running the scarcity play. She teases the silhouette to prime demand and cash the reveal.

Meghan made her return to Instagram earlier this year, and little by little, she's been posting photos and videos of Archie and Lilibet at play.
With each new post, she reveals a bit more, leading some to speculate that she might be building up to a grand reveal. We'd like to think better of Meghan, but in this world, anything can happen.
If that's the case, Schiffer advises them to change course, as it's not a great idea to make their children part of their brand.
Schiffer elaborated: "Hiding faces manufactures toxic curiosity and done too long, it can turn into a dumpster fire of resentment."
He further advised: "I recommend she protect the children from the brand and don't make them the brand.
"If she flips the switch, do it once, on her platform, with purpose with charity tie-in, protective terms, hard limits."
Harry, who grew up under the public gaze, has spoken about not having a choice in the matter. Therefore, when it comes to Archie and Lilibet, he and Meghan want to give them the option of whether or not they want to be public figures.
However, there's a hitch in their plan. By protecting their children to the extent that they are being concealed, it only heightens public curiosity.
