3 best bets for Milwaukee Brewers vs Los Angeles Dodgers NLCS Game 3
A Kike Fernandez prop highlights our best bets for Game 3 of the NLCS
The Los Angeles Dodgers return home for Game 3 of the National League Championship Series on Thursday night with a commanding 2-0 lead over the Milwaukee Brewers.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto tossed a complete game three-hitter in LA’s Game 2 win, the latest display of dominance by a Dodgers starting pitcher this postseason. After walking Joey Ortiz in the fourth inning, Yamamoto retired 14 consecutive batters to end the game.
Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts now turns to Tyler Glasnow for the Game 3 start as the Brewers look to build any kind of momentum having scored just two total runs in the series so far.
Let’s get into the three best bets for Thursday night’s Game 3. (All odds via DraftKings and subject to change.)

I’m opting for this Glasnow prop at +185 instead of Dodgers full-game moneyline (-174) or first five innings moneyline (-210).
This bet relies on Glasnow pitching at least five innings and Los Angeles taking the lead while he is still in the game and not giving it up.
In both games so far this series, and in six of LA’s eight games so far these playoffs, the Dodgers’ starting pitcher has recorded the win.
Enrique Hernandez 2+ Total Bases (+176)
Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but Kike Hernandez is on yet another postseason tear.
The two-time World Series champion boasts a .330 batting average across 25 postseason games as a Dodger dating back to 2023. In these playoffs, he’s recorded a hit in seven of eight games, including four multi-hit performances.
Hernandez is clearly in another one of his October hot streaks, which is why I’m backing him to continue his form and record two or more total bases in Game 3.

Yelich has had an underwhelming postseason to this point. The 13-year veteran is without a hit in his last 16 plate appearances and is batting .192 in the 2025 playoffs.
Seeing Glasnow on the mound Thursday night won’t do much to boost Yelich’s confidence, either. In 14 career at bats against Glasnow, Yelich has just one hit and seven strikeouts.
I’m expecting the former National League MVP to continue his cold streak at the plate on Thursday night at Dodger Stadium.
