Deadliest gun in Battlefield 6 is actually smaller than you think — here's how to get it
The instructions are all laid out in the Close Quarters 1 assignment, which is mandatory if you want to get your hands on that effective SMG
There's one weapon in Battlefield 6 that's able to shred the competition as long as the operator knows how to use it.
The sprawling multiplayer shooter has performed well since its Oct. 10 launch despite some glaring issues, notably the guns. A phenomenon dubbed high bloom sometimes causes bullets to randomly veer off course, so shots don't land where you intended them to. This is especially present when using assault rifles like the M433.
Therefore, the best gun to use in the latest first-person shooter is the SCW-10 SMG due to its precision and speed, making it tremendously more effective than ARs at medium range. Personally, I've always preferred SMG guns in Call of Duty and similar games, but now it seems everyone is going to follow suit.
Unlocking the SCW-10 SMG
Unlike COD, Battlefield 6 makes you work for the top-notch guns, so there are a few objectives you'll have to complete before unlocking SCW. It requires some aggressive activity as you'll be forced to engage in close-quarter firefights, which will test your reflex skills.
The instructions are all laid out in the Close Quarters 1 assignment, which is mandatory if you want to get your hands on that effective SMG. The assignment dictates that you get 300 close-quarters kills and inflict 10,000 damage with SMGs, one of the most generous assignments in the entire game.
Dominating the map
The look and style of the relatively SCW-10 may put some players off, but there's much more than meets the eye. The gun can make quick work of enemies you run into while sprinting through a dilapidated building. It sports higher than average damage and an impressive 800 RPM rate of fire, which will kill anyone before they have a chance to aim.
The weapon is made even deadlier with upgrades, which can increase the amount of bullets in the magazine from 15 to 25 and even cut your reload time in half. There's also the option of using a silencer, so enemies can't pinpoint your location after you get a kill.

I wouldn't be surprised if the SCW-10 gets nerfed in the coming months; therefore, everyone should squeeze every bit of gunplay from it until that happens.
Usually, an SMG trades accuracy for speed, but not in this case. The SCW-10 is almost as accurate as staple guns in any FPS, including popular assault rifles like the AK4D and TR7.
There's a chance these tiny guns could become as annoying as shotguns were during the beta because players will use any edge they can to come out on top. Though who ever heard of an overpowered SMG?
