Describe the bug

when we go to the edit assignment there is the no space between the grading scale and time remaining section placeholder which don't makes its look good also further when move to enable elements restriction there you will see that checkbox and the name all are not having alignment properly in the input and output section and also they should have checkbox and name aligned in the same column and row in a proper manner aligned .

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to circuitverse official website
2. login into that
3. after that go to create new assignment while clicking on the top right corner on your name through which you have login
4. then click on edit assignment
5. there you will see the ui issue which above is been addressed

Expected Behavior

There should some space between the two placeholder deadline and grading and also it should be properly aligned and under the enable elements restriction there should be having the proper alignment of the checkbox and name along the row and column under the input and output section.
