jfropts=memargument backed bymemfd_createand supported on Linux 3.17+.With this option, async-profiler does not dump events to a disk while profiling session is running. All events are flushed after the profiling session terminates.
As a side change, previously undocumented syntax
jfr=optionsis no longer supported.
