I tested this with the current `net10.0` branch.
An average of 10 runs on a Pixel 5 device:
Before:
Average(ms): 594.1
Std Err(ms): 3.70120100628011
Std Dev(ms): 11.7042252579523
After:
Average(ms): 587.4
Std Err(ms): 2.43675558433294
Std Dev(ms): 7.70569774762661
The numbers look pretty similar to last time:
