What does this PR do?
We have several instance checks in the code base for
(dict, BatchEncoding)(becauseBatchEncodingis aUserDictwhich is not an instance ofdict). Those all miss the newerBatchFeatures(which is anotherUserDict) as was pointed out in #16983In Accelerate we use the more general
Mappingfromcollections.abcfor those checks (which catches any kind ofdict), this PR suggest to do this here too.
