Install
Steps to reproduce
Install a machine-scoped font from admin command line.
Uninstall that font from a user command line.
Expected behavior
Expect prompt for elevation or failure to remove.
Actual behavior
The command succeeds but does not actually remove the font (due to lack of permission).
