Includes all names from Linux, FreeBSD and NetBSD manpages. OpenBSD does not have new constants, and macOS have too many specific constants to deserve a separate PR. |

LGTM
In working on a PR for #113092 I've also tried to add tests that use all added constants, but that primarily resulted in not doing that work because that's a lot of work with few clear advantages. I'll rebase that work on this PR and will skip adding loads of new tests.

It is just a first step. Some of these constants is difficult to use without knowing the layout of some structures. I'm going to add helpers to help with this, but this needs more steps. |
