finaldetection logic fromsemanal.pytochecker.py. Why? Because we need type checking! For example, methods, properties, and other descriptors are not counted asEnummembres.is_finalanymore. Why? It is too disruptive. Now this is a special-case forEnumonlyCloses #11850
