…tiprocessing.start_processes()` (pytorch#160396) Fixes pytorch#160395 In https://docs.pytorch.org/docs/stable/elastic/multiprocessing.html#starting-multiple-workers and also in the code comment of the function[1], it was specified that: ``` For each process, the ``log_dir`` will contain: #. ``{local_rank}/error.json``: if the process failed, a file with the error info #. ``{local_rank}/stdout.json``: if ``redirect & STDOUT == STDOUT`` #. ``{local_rank}/stderr.json``: if ``redirect & STDERR == STDERR`` ``` While in code[2], the files are `stdout.log` and `stderr.log`, instead of the `.json` ones listed in the doc.
