Seems to be missing Triton.

  1. Getting the aarch64 wheel generated from this PR ( gh run download 17336246548 -n manywheel-py3_12-cuda-aarch64-13_0 )
  2. Running pip install ( pip install torch-2.9.0.dev20250829+cu130-cp312-cp312-manylinux_2_28_aarch64.whl --index-url
    https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cu130 )
  3. Observing that the pytorch-triton is now automatically downloaded.
