Xbox Game Pass is back with another major release, delivering RoadCraft alongside the highly anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong.
It's time for another Xbox Game Pass release, and chances are, you probably saw it coming. The countdown to Hollow Knight: Silksong is almost over, and without an official announcement about the release that includes it, players have been ready to see what else the service can offer besides what is, largely, the most eagerly awaited game of 2025.
Even so, there's plenty on offer to keep subscribers occupied – Persona 4 Golden joined the service in the second August 2025 service update, but only after it added a significant title in Assassin's Creed Mirage in the first Xbox Game Pass August release. It was a big month for the service, and players certainly expected something big to follow it, especially with Team Cherry's long-awaited sequel confirmed to be coming to the service.

HollowYou don't need us to tell you that this is a massive deal of a delivery – players are naturally eager to give Silksong a whirl, but it also comes with RoadCraft, offering players the opportunity to manage their own construction sites, and the PC sensation I Am Your Beast to provide some incredibly fast-paced shooter action.
Xbox Game Pass games leaving
As always, some games have to bow out of the service to make room for the latest and greatest – and as fortune would have it, there's actually not a lot on the list of losses this time around. The following games will be departing the service on Monday, September 15:
