Amazon's Prime Day Big Deals is done, but that doesn't mean there aren't still huge early Black Friday offers and discounts available across the likes of Debenhams, Lakeland and of course, Amazon.

With Black Friday not far away, some of Prime Days best selling items still have significant discounts attached including Remington Hair Straighteners and the popular Russell Hobbs 1500W/1.5KW Oil Filled Radiator.

Then there is the small matter of turning back the clock with Boyzone, tickets for their 2026 shows have gone on sale while there's some amazing trips to be had with the Christmas Market Wowcher Mystery Holiday deal for £99.

And if you are looking for a little bit more off your next purchase, setting up a free TopCashback account here will give you a further a £15 sign-up bonus, which can be applied alongside cashback earned on an Amazon order. Together, these savings reduce the price, for example, Silent Hill f on the PS5 to £44. A 1960s-set survival horror game, Silent Hill f is one of the most eagerly anticipated games this year.

Even though Prime Day is done, Debenham's Blue Cross and the Lakeland Autumn Savings events continue with big discounts across their ranges.

Let's get stuck into the early Black Friday deals.

Advent Calendars: 'This is the best way to try a new tipple,' says wine expert

There's going to be a lot of advent calendars to flag up over the next few weeks, that is for sure.

While wine isn't my go to beverage in alcohol terms, I don't mind a tipple every now and then and the Naked Wines advent calendar seems like a good entry point.

Now, our wine expert has called it the "best wine advent calendar on the market."

High praise indeed.

There aren't currently any online reviews for this 2025 edition, but our expert Jada Jones was full of praise.

This is the best wine advent calendar on the market. I've never been so impressed with a variety pack and the box is small enough that I could tuck the white and roses in the fridge without worrying about fridge space.

There's a full review and some links to alternatives you might like to try in Jada's piece for the Daily Record here.

Lakeland sale: 'The amount of water collected is amazing!'

"Needed a solution for my cloakroom to manage the damp smell and moisture, these not only look good but work so well. Takes a few days to start working but the amount of water this has collected is amazing! Highly recommended!"

That was one reviewers verdict of the Absodry Moisture Absorber which is currently priced at £22.39, a 20% saving from its usual price of £27 at Lakeland.

Available in a stylish grey colour, it is incredibly effective in moisture-prone spaces such as bathrooms, garages or basements and comes with a 600g bag of moisture-absorbing crystals, which is expected to last up to three months. Refill bags are also available to buy.

Lakeland sale: Big savings on multi-purpose dryer

I love a multipurpose product, and anything that helps me get the washing done and out the way faster is going to catch my attention.

The Lakeland Autumn Event, on now, has just such a product in a heated airer which has been praised by customers as 'really neat' and 'a very worthwhile investment'.

The Dry:Soon Mini 3-Tier Heated Airer and Cover is currently available from Lakeland for £129.99, reduced from £189.98, saving shoppers a handy £59.99. The brand says the product has a large capacity for its small size and it dries clothes 'quickly and efficiently'.

The multi-purpose aspect? Eleanor Fleming for the Mirror explains: "The airer features foldable heated shelves and mesh panels on the cover to help with airflow, and, additionally, the cover also turns into a storage bag."

One reviewer added: "Just recently bought this product - a really neat little airer (that) does a good job of drying clothes. Purchased the cover for it and it works by keeping the heat in an even distribution. A perfect buy."

Everything you need to know is here.

Winter warmer

We'll start with a couple of items to keep you warm this Autumn as it's certainly fresh out, as Laura Mckenna writes for Bristol Post.

It's not often that a fashion brand emerges that makes shoppers think 'finally, someone understands'. British brand Snag started out with a mission to create tights that actually fit, and has since expanded far beyond just winter essentials.

Laura continues:"Using a letter-based sizing system that considers height, clothing size and body shape, Snag tights offer a bespoke fit rather than simply being larger or longer. The brand also provides tips, such as sizing up if you're between sizes or have a fuller bum and tummy, to ensure tights fit comfortably and provide adequate coverage."

New to Snag? Laura's full recommendation piece is here.

Welcome to Friday

Good morning and welcome to Friday on the Live Blog, I hope you've got your coffee - maybe from a brand new editor tested the Ninja Luxe Café machine we flagged up yesterday?

There's a lot going including the Lakeland and Debenham's sale events, not to mention plenty bargains across Amazon.

We'll be back

We'll wrap that up for Thursday but we'll be back on Friday with even more as we continue to scour for the best deals, offers and bargains the internet has to offer.

Some of the best deals today include the Essential TV and 300mb Broadband bundle from Sky for £35 a month on a 24-month contract, while Traitors fans looking to 'get the look', Bethan Shufflebotham has got you covered with a full guide.

This Toshiba TV rivals Sky!

The Toshiba Smart HD TV is packed with the Sky-rivalling Freely software, which lets users stream TV live and on demand for free, except there's a huge difference when it comes to the price.

At £119 for the Toshiba TV, the offer makes it easier than ever to bring a high-definition viewing experience into homes without the premium price tag, and is a fraction of the price compared to a Sky Glass contract. Plus, consumers can get an extra 10% off when they paste the code RED10 at checkout.

Sky throwing in £450 freebie with Samsung Galaxy S25 phones

In July Samsung unveiled a brand new range of smartwatches, now the tech giant and Sky want to tempt smartphone users to upgrade with a huge deal.

Writing for the Express, Christopher Harper says: "The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra costs £43 a month through Sky with a £12 upfront cost - but it has sweetened the deal to include the new Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic for those who take out a contract. That means shoppers can enjoy a £449 smartwatch that tracks workouts, sleep, health and looks super stylish without needing to pay a penny extra."

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung's best-in-class smartphone. It has 12GB of RAM, a 5000mAh battery, and a 6.9-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

State of the art NINJA coffee machine has hundreds off

"Since having it in our household, we are spending less on coffee. I could easily go through three packets a week with my old pod machines, costing around £8 in pods."

That was the verdict of our editor Ruth Ovens tested the Ninja Luxe Café machine who tested it.

(
Image:
QVC/NINJA)

She said: “So far, I’ve tried flat whites (some success), cappuccinos (lots of success), and lattes (success but no latte art… yet) using semi-skimmed, oat, almond, and soya milk. While black coffee will always be my go-to, I’ve loved making oat milk lattes for my boyfriend and even picked up some syrup to try vanilla lattes.”

The Ninja Luxe Café with Sip Perfect Travel Mug is currently on offer for £449.95 (down from £549.95) at QVC.

'Lowest ever price' on Sky broadband and TV bundles

Sky has just slashed the price of its packages to an all-time low.

It's a great time to sign up to Sky TV with the broadcaster launching what it claims to be its 'lowest prices ever' on its Essential TV and 300mb Broadband bundle for £35 a month on a 24-month contract.

That bundle includes up to 300mb broadbands speeds, Sky Stream, Discovery+ and Netflix - making it much more competitive with rival Virgin Media's £34.99 Bigger Combo bundle.

For an additional £4, customers can upgrade to the Ultimate TV bundle with 300Mbps broadband, which comes with even more channels, such as Sky Max, Sky Documentaries, and more.

Well worth taking a look at all the opportunities here.

Get the Traitors look!

(

BBC/Studio Lambert/CodyBurridge)

Hit BBC show Traitors is back for nine episodes - but this time it's packed full of celebrities from Charlotte Church to Alan Carr, Clare Balding and Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed.

And of course, Claudia Winkleman steps back into the dramatic Scottish Highlands role.

Bethan Shufflebotham for the Mirror writes:

Delivering plenty of inspo-worthy outerwear moments. Claudia’s daring silhouettes and bold outer layers had everyone talking last season, and we’ve scoured the high street for some faithful picks to replicate her iconic look on a budget.

As well as cosy oversized knitwear and knee high boots, another staple of Claudia’s Traitor’s wardrobe is her choice of coats and jackets, which must stand up to the climes of the Scottish Highlands. Cape coats have previously proven popular with the eyeliner-loving presenter, with their silhouette bringing more drama than a night at the round table.

Bethan has pulled together a brilliant list of everything you need to get the Traitors look this Autumn.

Lookfantastic: Big discounts on Olaplex, Color Wow and more

The shampoo has had its price slashed in the sale (

Amazon)

Online retailer Lookfantastic has just launched a huge 25% off sale across it's luxury haircare brands including Olaplex, Color Wow, OUAI, Christophe Robin and Living Proof.

But, as Zoe Cripps writes for the Mirror, the sale ends at 12pm on Friday 10 October.

At the top of the must-buy list is Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray, now £20.25 from £27. It became a global sensation when Chris Appleton used it on Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian, creating that famous humidity-proof, mirror-shine finish. It smooths every strand and keeps frizz at bay for days, making it one of those rare products that actually delivers on its promises.

Cripps adds: " Also worth snapping up is Color Wow Money Mist, currently £22.13 instead of £29.50– which rivals Amazon's price. It’s a lightweight leave-in conditioner that gives instant shine, detangles with ease and helps hair feel silkier without weighing it down."

There's a full list of best-selling items in the sale right here.

Lakeland sale: Prime Day rival has up to £102 off heated airers

The Lakeland sale is Autumn focused and has mega deals across laundry, storage, cooking and home accessories. The sale serves as a smart way for shoppers to get their homes sorted ahead of the colder months, saving money off everything from soup makers to heated airers and electric blankets.

Lucy Addicott for the Express writes: "The brand's popular Dry:Soon range of heated airers have been discounted by as much as £102. Shoppers can nab the Deluxe 3-Tier Heated Clothes Airer for £159.98 instead of £244.98, saving an impressive £85. Costing just 7p per hour to run, the heated airer has been hailed 'the best thing purchased this year' as it 'dries clothes so quickly'."

There are a number of other discounts for Lakeland's Dry:Soon range to suit all shopper needs. As part of Amazon Prime Day, the online retailer have also reduced several heated airers. The Silk Route Electric Heated Clothes Dryer is 24% off, now £67.99 down from £89.99. It doesn't hold as many clothes when compared to Lakeland's Dry:Soon options, but it's a worthy choice for those looking to spend less than £100.

Top Sellers: Discounts remain on some best selling Prime Day products

Good morning and welcome back to the Live Blog. That was a crazy couple of days - the first Prime Day I've covered, and I was ready for bed when I wrapped up here on Wednesday evening.

The good news is a) I'm back and b) if you missed Prime Day deals, there are still plenty of offers out there.

I've just had a look at some of the most popular buys across our network, and four of the five still have decent discounts available.

Number one on the list were these Remington Ceramic Hair Straighteners which still have 21% off at the time of writing.

"Absolutely delighted with these straighteners. They are slim, a good length plate and lightweight - lighter and slimmer than my previous Remingtons, making them easier to use," said one reviewer of the straightener's which have a 4.6 star rating out of 11,730 Amazon reviews.

One of the other top sellers was this 24 box of Ferrero Rocher which at £7.40 remains an absolute steal - just don't tell the Ambassador.

Amazon Prime Day sale draws to a close

As the 2025 Amazon Prime Day sale draws to a close following a 48-hour marathon of deals, bargains and fantastic offers, I wanted to round off with a couple of pieces from the across the network that will hopefully give you a chance to 'checkout'.

Thanks for joining me over the last two days, there's so much in this blog it's well worth scrolling back through.

The live blog will return on Thursday!

The 10 best deals you still have a couple of hours to 'bag'

Over on the Mirror, Meghan Coon has been busy compiling the best Prime Day deals from the last two days.

From everyday essentials to treating yourself to a new Kindle Scribe, Meghan's covered it all off in a great piece here.

She writes:

As a Shopping Writer, I've been going through Amazon's Prime Day deals to find the best products you could buy at a fraction of their normal price. With savings up to £220, I've found the ten things I'll be shopping for before the Prime Day deals end, with everything from sweet treats to household gadgets.

And yes, the Dairy Milk is in there..

TopCashback deal applies - saving you even more

Worth noting as we head into the final hours of the Amazon Prime Day Big Deal sale, the TopCashback 'hack' that gets new members £15 off when you register, still applies.

For example, the Ring Indoor Camera (2nd Gen) is currently £19.99 in the sale, a new signup to TopCashback takes it down to £4.55.

By setting up a free TopCashback account here, shoppers receive a £15 sign-up bonus, which can be applied alongside cashback earned on an Amazon order. Together, these savings reduce the price of the Ring Indoor Camera (2nd Gen) from £39.99 to just £4.55 - a discount of around 88%.

If you haven't had a look at TopCashback, now might just be the time to try it out.

'A great little heater'

"Great little heater for a small room, doesn’t take long to warm the space up and is small enough to tuck away anywhere in the room," says one reviewer of the Russell Hobbs 1500W/1.5KW Oil Filled Radiator.

Just as the weather is starting to turn cooler, and the Energy Price Cap has gone up, it's time to start thinking about how to heat the rooms you need - especially if, like me you work from home.

I don't need to heat the whole house during the day, so a portable radiator is perfect, and at £36.99, the Russell Hobbs 1500W/1.5KW Oil Filled Radiator is a good place to start.

Top 5: The highest rated video games by Amazon users

I'll see how many Top 5s I can do this evening. I'll start with video games - because there have been some belters this year and there are plenty more to come (I've got my finders crossed for James Bond First Light).

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (

Amazon)

This list is the highest rated (by Amazon customers) games available as part of the Prime Day Big Deals sale.

The 5 star rated earbuds reduced by over £100

Amazon is offering up an an amazing deal on the five star-rated Cillso Wireless Earbuds for Prime Day. The noise-cancelling Bluetooth earbuds have been reduced from their usual price tag of £129.99 down to a wallet-friendly £20.89, writes Nina Crighton for the Liverpool Echo.

She says the earbuds offer "an 'ultra light and comfortable fit', the headphones feature an ergonomic design that nestles into your ears. Shoppers have described them as "sleek" and "stylish", with plenty of colours to choose from including white, black, blue, green, rose gold, and pink."

Have a read of Nina's full report here, along with some great alternatives here.

Back in the game

Hello, I'm back for a little longer as the final few hours of Amazon Prime Day tick by.

I've had a little check of the top five items across the network right now, and I share without comment (although a big tub of Celebrations, Ice Tea, Dairy Milk and new Fire Stick from under a brand new duvet does sound like a smashing Wednesday evening).

  1. Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Gift Bar
  2. Lipton Lemon Bottled Ice Tea 1.25 L
  3. Celebrations Bulk Chocolate Box, 2.4kg
  4. Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K
  5. Slumberdown Feels Like Down King Size Duvet
A 2.4kg box of Celebrations is one of the top selling items on Prime Day
