Celebrity Traitors 'lets slip' huge spoiler on who will be recruited next
Celebrity Traitors returns to TV screens tonight - but are fans right in their theory that two more stars are set to be 'recruited' as Traitors?
Celebrity Traitors returns to TV screens tonight - but eagle-eyed fans think the BBC show has already given away a huge spoiler. In fact, some viewers say there has been a secret clue all along as to who the 'Traitors' were going to be. And if they are right, that means there are still three more Traitors still to be recruited.
At the moment, TV presenters Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross, along with singer-songwriter Cat Burns, were revealed to be the original 'Traitors' after being picked by host Claudia Winkleman for the task.
But fans have taken to Reddit to point out that in the promotional photos released ahead of the show airing, six celebrities had a skull in front of their picture. They think this marks them out as future 'Traitors', so there could be more to come.
Alan, Jonathan and Cat did indeed have skulls in their photos - and were later named as Traitors by Claudia in week one. So which of the remaining celebrities could be recruited next if that theory is proved to be correct?
One fan suggested: "It [the promo pics] has every celebrity and their photographs on top of what looks to be a fireplace.
"The interesting thing is that six out of the 19 have a skull underneath, three of which are the Traitors selected - is this a coincidence? Are the other three for recruited Traitors down the line?"
According to the theory, this means Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway could be singled out as a 'Traitor' next, along with actor and broadcaster Stephen Fry and Ted Lasso legend Nick Mohammed.
Viewers will have to tune in tonight and tomorrow to see - with the celebrity series set to conclude in true Traitors fashion when star-studded series finally comes to an end on Thursday, November 6.
So far, six celebrities have left the Traitors castle after either being banished or murdered. Singer Paloma Faith was the first to be murdered by Traitor Alan. Upon leaving, she said: "If the shoe was on the other foot, I would not have touched Alan’s face. Categorically, he had a choice – maybe it was the easiest option, but it was the choice he made and I don't think it was very nice."
Olympic diver Tom Daley has also been murdered, as has actress Ruth Codd, famous for starring in The Midnight Club and as Juno Usher in the Netflix horror miniseries The Fall of the House of Usher.
Those to have been banished include sports broadcaster Clare Balding, who was voted out at the roundtable. EastEnders star Tameka Empson was also banished after her fellow contestants wrongly accused her of being a Traitor.
While YouTube content creator Niko Omilana became the first Faithful to be banished at the roundtable, with his fellow players again voting him out because they wrongly thought he was a Traitor.
