Hotel Costiera is sure to be a hit with fans of crime dramas like Dept Q, Death in Paradise and Line of Duty, promising to be your next autumnal viewing obsession. The plot centres around a former US marine who becomes a "fixer" at a posh hotel in Positano, Italy.

The synopsis tantalises: "With a gripping storyline, fast-paced action and comedy, Hotel Costiera follows Daniel De Luca, a half Italian former U.S. Marine. Daniel returns to Italy, the land of his childhood, as a fixer in one of the world's most luxurious hotels, located on the spectacular coastline of Positano.
"In addition to dealing with the wealthy guests' problems, Daniel is also on the trail of Alice, one of the owner's daughters who disappeared a month earlier. Daniel must do everything he can to bring her home, but facing those who kidnapped the girl will be more challenging than any problem Daniel has ever faced.", reports the Express.
Release date
Hotel Costiera is slated for release on Wednesday, September 24. With six episodes in total, viewers will be able to binge-watch the entire series immediately upon release.
The fresh series will be accessible solely on Prime Video across the United States, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, Norway, Denmark, Great Britain, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The programme boasts a celebrity-packed lineup including a Grey's Anatomy legend. Jesse Williams will portray Daniel De Luca.
Jesse Williams is renowned for his portrayal of Jackson Avery in the enduring ABC medical drama, having formally departed the beloved programme Grey's Anatomy in 2021 during the show's 17th season.
Alongside Jesse, viewers will also witness Maria Chiara Giannetta, Jordan Alexandra, Antonio Gerardi, Sam Haygarth, Tommaso Ragno, Amanda Campana, Pierpaolo Spollon, Alejandra Onieva and Jean-Hugues Anglade. The series is also helmed by Emmy Award-winning Adam Bernstein (Fargo) and Giacomo Martelli.
Built upon a concept by Luca Bernabei, it was penned by Elena Bucaccio, Matthew Parkhill, and Francesco Arlanch.
