The Employee Recognition Program is a special program that
acknowledges the tremendous efforts and contributions employ-
ees make to The Chicago School of Professional Psycholo-
gy. The Employee Recognition Program provides individual
recognition by allowing employees to express their appreciation
and thanks through personalized notes to those for their out-
standing service and actions in a day-to-day performance.
This program allows anyone within the TCSPP community to sub-
mit a recognition message of their appreciation to their fellow
TCSPP employees. The employee who has been recognized,
along with his/her supervisor and HR, will receive an email noti-
fication informing them of the recognition.

The Employee Recognition program allows anyone within
the TCSPP community to submit a recognition message of
their appreciation to their fellow TCSPP employees. The
employee who has been recognized, along with his/her su-
pervisor and HR, will receive an email notification inform-
ing them of the recognition.
The page is dedicated to honoring these employees who
demonstrated excellent in work performance, school and
community involvement, and leadership and commitment
students.

honored in the our recognition program at the end of every
term.

The Employee Recognition and Awards Program has been
developed as a way to say "thank you", "well done", and "We
value you as an employee" to those employees who have
contributed to excellent service and supported the mission
and values of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Academic Affairs would like to not only recognize but also
reward significant achievements and contributions, as well
as acknowledge outstanding individuals and team perfor-
mance.
At the end of every fiscal year, individuals that are nominat-
ed by supervisors and peers and any other recommendations
will be taken into consideration to an award.
Award
An employee will receive personalized notes.
An employee will receive a small reward in form of gift
cards, cash prize, the award will be decided accordingly.
The Deans of Online Campus will have final approval of
award nominations and awards.
Funding:
Incentive Awards will be funded by unit/department
pools and/or nominating unit/department.

Q. Who can be recognized using the Everyday Heroes Recognition Program?
A. Any permanent TCSPP employee may be recognized. When the employee re-
ceives a recognition submission, the recognized individual, their supervisor, HR and
the submitter will be notified of their recognition.
Q. Why is the purpose to recognizing someone?
A. Not only does research indicate that employee recognition relates to employee
satisfaction, happiness, job attendance, and performance, but it is also emotionally
rewarding to acknowledge others who are doing great work with a great atti-
tude. Everyone wants to feel appreciated, and letting someone know their hard
work has not gone unnoticed strengthens you, the person you recognize, the com-
munity as a whole.
Q. I would like to recognize someone. Where do I go?
A. Follow this link to Employee Recognition homepage. Here you can easily and
quickly submit a recognition, find out additional information on recognition re-
sources, view recognitions recipients, and more.
Q. What happens after I submit a recognition?
A. After you have submitted your recognition message form, an email containing
your personalized recognition message will be sent to recognized individual, his/her
supervisor, HR, and you, to inform you that it has been sent.
Q. Can someone be recognized more than once?
A. Yes! There is no limit on how often a person may be recognized and submit for
recognitions of employees. You can recognize as many employees as often as you
would like. The sole purpose is to allow to employees to express their appreciation
and let those individuals know theyre efforts did not go unnoticed.
Q. What other ways can I recognize employees?
A. There are lots of other ways you can recognize an employee or learn how to ef-
fectively give employee recognition. There are a number of resources on our
