1. Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to analysis the data for
improvement regarding quality management system.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to all sections
3. Responsibilities
All sections heads / Managers are responsible for ensuring
implementation of the procedure for related activities.
4. Procedures
Collection of Data
Relevant department depute the person for collection of
data.
Failures during the process.
Machine Operation.
Customer feed back (Internal customer)
Customer complaints (Internal customer).

Collection of data
MR to collect data regarding customer feed back &
complaints from external

Data Source
Procedures are controlled documents and its source
in controlled distribution list. The system procedures are
communicated through training sessions. The System
Procedures may also be computerized and made
available on internal computer network.

Step III.

Compilation of Data
Performance of Management System is only
possible with the compilation of all data collected. For
improvement in performance, MR will communicate it al
level

Graphical representation of data


Personnel at all levels are encouraged to report
problems related to Management System, and offer
suggestions on how to improve performance.
